Maybe because windows 8 is lame and it wouldn’t make sense to make this flagship handset that is to compete with Iphone5 with the last place OS. I am willing to bet it doesn’t have a windows 8 version. And we practically do know there isn’t two devices.

No I agree the chances of it having Windows 8 is minimal. And Yes, Android, at the moment and regards of competing with iOS, it is the far superior Operating system. What Im saying is, we dont know for sure, what Samsung will give us.
